The founders of Toasted Furniture, use a self-made machine for pressing recycled plastic into a unique material, which they use to create small series of furniture. In a reduced setting, they iron pieces of used plastic packaging with visitors and join forces with Rok Oblak (Salto Dionys), to make coasters for his ceramic flower pots.

OPENING
Toasted Furniture features products made from recycled plastic, designed and crafted in a Ljubljana-based workshop by Nina Mršnik and Nuša Jelenec. Using their custom-built device, they "bake" plastic sheets, which are then transformed into small series of unique pieces.
The entire process—from raw material to finished product—is carried out under their supervision, allowing room for experimentation with different techniques, patterns, and shapes while continuously refining their production methods.
