Gobnjak, a small scale startup run by Rok Zalokar and Primož Turnšek, presents the mushroom cultivation process as a contemporary food design activity. They show the thought and work process of home mushroom growing and their use, as well as hold a workshop on extracting tinctures. There are also a few pieces of mushroom packaging on display, which they made in collaboration with Salto Dionys - ceramic tableware craft studio.

Gobnjak is a small company based in Ljubljana that specializes in growing and processing culinary and medicinal mushrooms. They produce tinctures from medicinal mushrooms, educate the public about mushroom cultivation and ecology, and offer various products that enable individuals to grow their own mushrooms at home.
What sets them apart is that every step, from cultivating the mycelium to preparing the tincture, takes place within Gobnjak, allowing them to maintain control over all production processes. Gobnjak is led by bioengineering engineer Rok Zalar and microbiology graduate Primož Turnšek.
